We work with our clients in 3 simple ways:
- Search and selection - generally for more senior roles.
- Standard recruitment – based upon either: an agreed fee which is a standard percentage of first year salary or an agreed contract rate or a contract/temporary to permanent basis.
- Consultancy – Engineering Direct Ltd are set up to allow for consultants to spend time in a Client’s business to manage the whole recruitment process from start to completion.
Engineering Direct Ltd now work in partnership with TES Engineering Services and DC Fairbrass Services offering a complete Engineering serviced solution from initial concept through to completion.
